Concierge & Runner

Are you a dynamic person, do you love interacting with the public and do you know your city like the back of your hand? Our vacation rental management agency is looking for new Concierges / Runners to join the team!

The Role

You will be the face of our hospitality. You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins, and ensuring every stay gets off to a great start.

Your main activities will include:

• Reception: In-person check-in, key handover and explanation of house rules.
• Runner Support: Quick minor maintenance, delivery of extra linens or courtesy kits, and immediate resolution of any guest needs.
• Inspection: Quality control of apartments before the arrival of tourists.

What we are looking for

• Mobility: Be single-mobile (car or scooter) or own at least one electric scooter to move quickly between facilities.
• Languages: Excellent knowledge ofItalian andEnglish (essential for interacting with international guests).
• Soft Skills: Punctuality, problem-solving and a natural customer orientation.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts.
